Grand
Kavalier son Starring in Europe
A son of Grand Kavalier's, Grand Joca, is a
rapidly rising star in the eventing team of UK based Australian
Olympic Gold Medalist Andrew Hoy.
Grand Joca was
owned and successfully campaigned in eventing by Jonathan McLean
before being purchased by Hoy and exported to the UK.
Joca is in the
early stages of his career currently competing two-star however it
is rumored that Andrew considers him the best horse in his stable.
Certainly he was in excellent form in September 2006 when Joca
carried the Australian flag to 8th place at Kreuther in Germany in
the CCI two-star finishing on a score of 60 points. Most
recently he competed at Barroca d'Alira, Portugal, where he came 4th
in the 2 star event.
